We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses and diaper bags, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

Photos and video recording are allowed, but we ask that you limit the length of recording to less than 2-minute clips and refrain from using flash. Professional-grade equipment and tripods are not permissible unless previously approved by management.

Bathrooms
There are a men's and women's bathroom with accessible stalls on the first floor before the main entry to the exhibit. There are two accessible, gender neutral restrooms on the mezzanine level.
Sensory
Part of the experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request.
There are some flashing lights, which may be difficult to tolerate for people with photosensitivity.
There is a low input Sensory Relief area located downstairs with tables, chairs, and cold water available. Please see a gallery attendant for help accessing the space. The Sensory Relief area is wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have one first-come, first-serve wheelchair on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit.
Seating, Mobility Devices & Service Animals
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised the the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.
Exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start time of last entry time of the day. For entry time please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS
Location
The Immersive Monet exhibit will be coming to Lighthouse Artspace, located at 4301 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (Corner of N Scottsdale Road and E 5th Avenue), Lighthouse Artspace will be transformed into an unforgettable art experience where the art of Monet will come to life around you.
Parking
The exhibit does not have dedicated onsite parking. Parking is located at Galleria Parking Garage, 4394N N Wells Fargo Avenue. There are also a number of public parking lots located near the venue, as well as a limited amount of street parking with two to three hour limits. We are located within steps of the 5th Avenue Shopping District, giving patrons access to even more parking lots.
If you have concerns about driving or parking, there is a conveniently-located Uber/Lyft drop-off at the venue.
Transit
There is a bus stop for #72 directly in front of the entrance. More information on transit in Old Town Scottsdale can be found here
