I bought my tickets but...

  • I Need To Reschedule

    To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change of Date Request page.

    Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

    Please note there is a $4.99 rescheduling fee per ticket for Premium and VIP tickets, and a $9.99 rescheduling fee per ticket for Basic tickets.

    Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored. In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24 hours from your scheduled time slot.

  • I Want To Upgrade Or Downgrade

    Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

    Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets and we don’t know why you would want to!

  • I Want To Change The Name On Them

    The name on your tickets is for buyer and COVID tracing info only, and there is no change of name required.

    Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for tracking COVID-19 information within their party.

  • I Never Received Them

    If you have purchased tickets to Immersive Monet directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please use our Ticket Resend Tool.

    If the Ticket Resend Tool was not able to find your order, your original order email may have a typo in it. Please contact our box office to have this rectified.

    CHILD TICKETS

    There are no refunds of tickets for this exhibit. Tickets are available for purchase online using the GET TICKETS button and at our onsite box office. For more details, please read our terms and conditions.

  • Student Discount

    We offer a 15% discount for students. A valid student ID is required. This offer can only be redeemed when purchasing tickets in person at the box office.

    This offer is only valid for Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) and is subject to availability. 1 ticket per valid student ID, not valid with any other offer.

    Discount is subject to change and we reserve the right to remove the offer without notice.

    A group discount of 20% is available for groups of 10 and more. Please visit our group ticket page for pricing and availability.

    We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

    Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

    Photos and video recording are allowed, but we ask that you limit the length of recording to less than 2-minute clips and refrain from using flash. Professional-grade equipment and tripods are not permissible unless previously approved by management.

    Prohibited items will not be stored by venue management or on-site.

  • Accessibility
    Exhibit

    Our main entrance is reached by a few stairs or via a ramp on the left side of the main doors. From there, a manual elevator will take you to the lobby for check-in. An elevator attendant will be assigned to you to help you navigate the space.

    The only space that is not accessible is our Juliet Balcony which is reserved for Date Night Packages only and requires two flights of stairs. If Juliet Balcony is inaccessible to you and you have purchased a Date Package, please Contact Us to arrange accommodations.

    Bathrooms 

    There are bathrooms on all three floors of our exhibit. There are accessible stalls in both men’s and women’s bathrooms and a family restroom on the Balcony level.

    Sensory Advisory

    This exhibition contains bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitivity. Viewer discretion is advised.

    Part of the immersive experience is the music which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request. If you need to leave the gallery, you are welcome to re-enter through the lobby after taking a break.

    Immersive Monet contains artwork and animation that some viewers may find sensitive. Viewer discretion is advised.

    Seating & Mobility Aids

    Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have one first-come, first-serve wheelchair on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit for folks who have a hard time standing for extended periods of time.

    Service Animals

    Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

  • Exhibit Hours

    Exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start time of last entry time of the day.  For entry time please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS

    Lighthouse ArtSpace Chicago is located at 108 W Germania Place, Chicago, IL, 60610 USA.

    Parking

    The exhibit does not have dedicated onsite parking but there are a number of public parking lots nearby. The closest parking is our partnered parking garage, the James Kilmer Garage.

    It is located across the street (150 feet away) and provides valet service. We suggest that anyone in your party with mobility issues is dropped off on our side of the street before pulling into the garage.
